Alan Loughrey, Managing Director

Alan graduated from GMIT with a degree in business studies, specialising in marketing and progressing to graduate from the Marketing Institute of Ireland in 1998. Alan also has a National Certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers), and a Higher Certificate in Science, Property Valuation and Management.

Alan has worked with Business Vision since 2002 and with BV Commercial since its inception in 2008. As a result, he has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of Commercial Property Sales and Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial Real Estate Transactions

Finally, Alan is a huge believer in providing outstanding customer service to every client; this approach has resulted in him negotiating transactions on behalf of clients from many different industry sectors, across the length and breadth of Ireland.
